Use the measure tool in Illustrator and Affinity after you've set your document units to millimeters (mm).
Not much more can be said than I hadn't covered in the video, but remember to measure from the middle.
Positive values go up on the Y axis and right on the X axis.
Remember to add 0.2mm to the holes diameter if you've gotten your enclosure powercoated.
